Kawaii Panda offers various types of shipment for your order. At checkout it will be presented types of dispatch that the User can select depending on the weight of the order and delivery location.

Shipping Options Available

CTT Registered Mail
Registered Mail is a priority service which gives a high degree of security to your mail, being assigned a tracking number which allows to track & trace your order. It is the ideal solution to send documents and important or valuable objects with maximum weight up to 2Kg. 

Delivery Time: (indicative time limit on weekdays)

★ Portugal: up to 1 day*        ★ Europe: up to 4 days        ★ Rest of World: up to 8 days
*For the regiões autónomas the period may be extended by transport limitations

CTT Postal Parcel
Postal Parcel is a non-priority service freight up to 20Kg, with or without commercial value. To the parcel is assigned a tracking number that allows to track & trace your order. Orders are delivered to the Post Office nearest recipient, which will be advised to proceed and will have to pick up the order at the post office.

Delivery Time: (indicative time limit on weekdays)

★ Portugal: up to 3 days        ★ Madeira: up to 5 days        ★ Azores: between 7 and 15 days        ★ Europe: up to 5 days        ★ Rest of World: up to 10 days

Nacex is an express carrier company dedicated to priority service of collecting, processing, transportation and distribution of goods up to 30Kg. This is a solution for goods delivery in 1 business day to Portugal and Spain. To the parcel is assigned a tracking number that allows to track & trace your order.

Free Shipping
Free shipping on orders over 49€ to Portugal and Spain (except Baleares, Canárias, Ceuta & Melilla), the shipping costs will be supported by Kawaii Panda.

Delivery Times

Products ordered from the online store Kawaii Panda are shipped and delivered on weekdays, from Monday to Friday. Therefore, the weekends or the holidays are not taken in consideration to estimate parcel delivery time.

Delivery times are counted from the first working day following the shipping of the order and vary according to the places of origin and destination of the order. Note that delivery times provided and mentioned above are only predictions and not a guarantee.

You can only ensure proper delivery of an order if the shipping address is properly indicated, so it must be the most accurate possible. Kawaii Panda is not responsible for incorrect or insufficient addresses.

Shipping Costs

The shipping service costs are per User account and added to the total value of selected products, according to the weight of your order and delivery location. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming the order and complete the purchase process.

The User will pay a sum corresponding to the order processing costs, additional expenses are composed of packaging and postage costs.

Kawaii Panda disclaims any liability of a country's rules violation where the order is delivered. Upon the User to check with local authorities the import conditions or use of the products that wishes to order. In the destination country, the local taxes, the import duties or other expenses are the responsibility of the recipient.
