Returns & Exchanges

Upon receipt of the order, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the day the consumer acquires the physical possession of the goods.

In order to exercise this right, if you wish to exchange or return items, you must contact Kawaii Panda through the Contact Form, which will provide you with all information about how to exchange or return. In no case should the user ship items to Kawaii Panda without prior contact since they may not be received.

After contacting Kawaii Panda and being given the return instructions, the user must, within 14 days from the date of the communication of the resolution, return the goods to Kawaii Panda, duly wrapped and in their original packaging in the proper conditions of use, accompanied by a copy of the order purchase or invoice.

It is the user's responsibility to ensure that items are returned safely, so you must use a registered shipping method and keep all shipping receipts in the event that you will have to file a claim for damages or losses. The costs of returning the goods are supported entirely by the user.

Kawaii Panda reserves the right to hold the refund until we have received the goods returned. Once the goods are received, all items will be checked and only those that comply with the return conditions and have not been used will be accepted for exchange or return.

Kawaii Panda reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions and in the absence of any of the components of the items sold or, if any of them are not in excellent conditions, there will be no refund of the amount paid or the shipping, being the items returned to the user's address again.

If everything is in compliance, in case of return, the refund of the value corresponding to the value paid for the goods returned will be made after the validation of the fulfillment of the conditions of return described above, and Kawaii Panda has a period of up to 14 days for this purpose.

In return and exchange of goods, the user must take into account the following conditions:

a) In the case of a request for reimbursement of a purchased item at a reduced price, due to a special offer or promotion, Kawaii Panda will only reimburse the amount actually paid by the user and not all of it

b) In case of exchange, if the new order or article is of superior cost, the user will have to pay the difference

c) If you have used a promotional discount code, this amount will not be refunded, that is, the refund will be only for the amount actually paid

d) In case of return, if the user opts for the refund of the value, the refund is made by the same means of payment in which it was made

e) In case of return of an item paid with a Gift Card, the value will be refunded in digital gift card or discount voucher
