What are Kawaii Points?

Kawaii Points consist of a loyalty points program where you earn points while you shop and can then be redeemed into Vouchers to discount on your next purchases.

★★ For every 10€ in purchases you will receive 1 point and each redeemed point is equivalent to 0,25 cents of discount that you can accumulate! ★★

How do I get my points?

You will receive your points automatically when you make your purchases. In the description of each product, you can see the points you will receive when you buy it. Points are cumulative and are assigned to your account as soon as your order is shipped.

You can check your points in the "My Kawaii Points" section in MY ACCOUNT area.

How do I use my points?

You will be able to redeem the points you have accumulated into a Discount Voucher to use in your future purchases.

You should be aware that:

• The Voucher is unique & non-transferable and may only be used in your account
• You can only use your vouchers for purchases over 2,5€
• The vouchers are only available 14 days after the order was shipped
• The Voucher is valid for 1 year

How do I redeem my points into a Voucher?

To redeem the points you have accumulated into a Voucher, you must:

1. Login to your account with your e-mail and password you used to register on the website
2. Click on MY ACCOUNT
3. Click on the "My Kawaii Points" button
4. Click on the option "Redeem my points into a Discount Voucher"
5. A code will be automatically generated and listed in "My Vouchers from Kawaii Points"

How do I use my code to get discount on my next purchase?

To use your Voucher on your next order, you must click on the code that will appear in the footer of your Shopping Cart summary, to add it to the unfilled discount voucher field and press OK button.
Voilá! The value of your discount is automatically deducted.

Are the points available in any currency?

Yes! You will receive Kawaii Points in the currency you choose in our shop.
